MONDAY – TLW: Finish Chapter 2 review for Test tomorrow (Tuesday)!! PLEASE STUDY!

TUESDAY – TLW: Test knowledge over concepts covered in Chapter 2 (Southwest Asia: Civilization in Mesopotamia). Students will then complete a fun social studies word search puzzle for extra credit.

WEDNESDAY –TLW: Be introduced to Unit 2: CRADLES OF CIVILIZATION p100 and discuss the unit themes.

THURSDAY – TLW: Analyze the importance of the Nile River. Students will evaluate why the earliest people moved into the Nile Valley and how they adapted to the cycle of the river.

FRIDAY – TLW: Create a mural to extend what students have learned about people’s interaction with the physical environment in the Nile Valley.
